Variations, imperfections, and age‑related characteristics are normal and part of their history; they are not considered defects. We provide detailed high‑resolution photos, measurements, and condition notes for every listing so you can make an informed purchase.

RummageRunner LLC specializes in authentic vintage and antique collectibles. Due to their age, items may display normal wear, patina, or other age‑related characteristics. These pieces are offered as collectible or decorative items and are not intended for modern functional use. All condition details are described to the best of our ability, and buyers are encouraged to review photos and descriptions carefully before purchase.

30‑Day Return Window (Damaged or Not‑as‑Described)

We offer a 30‑day return window only for items that arrive damaged in transit or are materially different from the photos and description provided.

Evidence Required: Please provide clear photos of the item and all original packaging. (Save all packaging materials.) Resolution: Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. This policy applies to all purchases unless otherwise required by law.

For all other verified returns, the customer is responsible for insured return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Downloadable, intangible, or virtual products
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods

Refunds & Processing

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1–5 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Restocking Fees: RummageRunner LLC does not charge restocking fees for verified returns.

Limitations & Final Sale Items

Because our collection consists of unique, one‑of‑a‑kind vintage and antique pieces, normal wear, imperfections, and age‑related characteristics are expected and are not considered defects. All items are sold as collectible or decorative pieces and are not intended for modern functional use.

RummageRunner LLC makes no warranties regarding the condition, suitability, or fitness of vintage items beyond the accuracy of the description and photos provided. This disclaimer does not limit your right to a return if an item arrives damaged or materially different from the listing.

We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse.

Non‑returnable items include:

  • Custom products (special orders/personalized items)
  • Personal care goods
  • Digital/virtual items

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without prior written return authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work directly with the carrier and provide a full refund or resolution upon approval of the shipping damage claim.

Chargeback Disputes

Any chargeback filed with a bank or credit card issuer is considered a dispute under our Terms & Conditions. By completing a purchase, you agree to first follow the dispute‑resolution steps outlined in Section 14 of the Terms & Conditions, including the Notice of Dispute and arbitration procedures.

If a chargeback is filed without following these required steps, RummageRunner LLC may initiate arbitration to recover the transaction amount, shipping costs, and any fees associated with the chargeback, as permitted by law.

This policy helps protect our small business from fraudulent or abusive chargebacks while ensuring all customers have access to a fair and neutral dispute‑resolution process.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from returns, refunds, or the condition of an item are governed by the Arbitration Agreement contained in our Terms & Conditions. By completing a purchase, you agree that any unresolved dispute will be handled according to the arbitration procedures outlined in Section 14 of the Terms & Conditions.
