This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped. All products are personally inspected, packaged, and shipped directly from our Mauricetown, NJ location.

Processing & Handling Time

We prepare and ship orders within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST ship the next business day.
  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If we anticipate any delay in processing your order, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, we ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or carrier delays. All shipments include USPS insurance for your protection. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

This policy applies to all purchases unless otherwise required by law.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries via USPS Priority Mail International (estimated transit time: 6–10 business days).

Please note:

  • Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and brokerage charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Customs processing times vary by country and may delay delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing.

Signature Confirmation on High‑Value Orders

For higher‑value shipments, RummageRunner LLC may require signature confirmation upon delivery. This additional security measure protects both you and the business by ensuring the package is delivered directly to the intended recipient. Signature confirmation, combined with USPS/Carrier tracking and insurance, is the most reliable method for preventing and resolving “item not received” disputes.

If signature confirmation is required for your order, it will be clearly noted at checkout or in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping & Handling Disclaimer

All items are packed securely using appropriate materials to protect vintage and fragile pieces during transit. RummageRunner LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

This disclaimer does not limit your right to a return if an item arrives damaged or materially different from the listing. If shipping damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and all original packaging so we can initiate a carrier claim and provide a resolution.

Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed during processing or shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated estimate. While carrier delays are outside our control, we will assist you in tracking your package if needed.

Damaged Orders

All shipments include USPS insurance.

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Save all packaging materials
  2. Take clear photos of the item and packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will guide you through the USPS insurance claim process to ensure the carrier can properly investigate and resolve the issue.

Questions About Returns?

Our products are vintage and one‑of‑a‑kind, and normal wear is expected. Returns are limited to items that arrive damaged or not as described. For full details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

Chargeback Disputes

Any chargeback filed with a bank or credit card issuer is considered a dispute under our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to first follow the dispute‑resolution steps outlined in Section 14 of the Terms & Conditions, including the Notice of Dispute and arbitration procedures.

If a chargeback is filed without following these required steps, RummageRunner LLC reserves the right to initiate arbitration to recover the transaction amount, shipping costs, and any fees associated with the chargeback, as permitted by law.

This policy helps protect our small business from fraudulent or abusive chargebacks while ensuring all customers have access to a fair and neutral dispute‑resolution process.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to shipping, delivery, lost packages, or damage claims are governed by the Arbitration Agreement in our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you agree that unresolved disputes will be handled according to the arbitration procedures described in Section 14 of the Terms & Conditions.
