Description
Sizing Disputes Are the #1 Clothing INAD Claim. Here’s How You Stop Them.
Clothing and shoes have a simple INAD problem with a simple solution: buyers dispute fit and condition when sellers don’t provide measurements and specific wear details. This pack gives you exactly the prompts to generate both — accurately, completely, and in the format buyers need to make informed purchases.
What’s Inside
30 AI prompts across 7 categories:
- Fabric & Material Identification — Identify fabric when care labels are missing, assess construction quality, describe fabric characteristics buyers care about, and flag fabric issues accurately.
- Sizing & Measurements — Get complete measurement guides for every garment type, convert vintage and international sizing to modern equivalents, write size sections that prevent “doesn’t fit” returns, document shoe sizing with insole measurements, and handle plus and non-standard sizes.
- Condition Grading — Grade garments using eBay’s Pre-owned condition standards, describe fading and pilling accurately, disclose stains and alterations completely, describe odor honestly, and write condition for heavily worn but wearable items.
- Brand, Style & Authentication — Research brands and verify authenticity indicators, identify era and decade from design and construction, write descriptions for unbranded items, and flag authentication concerns for luxury brands.
- Keyword & Title Optimization — Generate titles with correct clothing terminology, find trend and aesthetic keywords buyers search, build Item Specifics for the Clothing category, and write titles for lots and bundles.
- Pricing Research — Research comps for used clothing, factor brand and trend into price, and distinguish vintage value from simply old used clothing.
- INAD Protection — Audit listings for clothing-specific INAD vulnerability, use pre-listing inspection checklists, write measurement sections that eliminate size disputes, create photo documentation guides, and handle fit complaints proactively.
